At Commerce Guild, we build off the concept of community, meaning that we all have a common thread, and that we all bring a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences with us into everything we do. Each program/workshop has been vetted through the Commerce Guild to meet a specific set of standards that are implemented with respect and dignity and while maintaining the the characteristics already at work in each community.
We want to make sure that any project, event, program and etc. are held to the highest standards possible, while bringing everyone together to benefit from the innovative concepts diversity brings.
With this in mind, you can know that anything that the Commerce Guild brings forward has met these standards:
- Commerce Guild Board approval for:
- Lectures or workshops must have an application for the course that includes a timed course outline, course materials utilized, and any presentation slides and detailed instruction notes.
- Instructors must fill out an application showing relevant experience in that field and a history of assisting, teaching, or industry specific certifications that category in the past.
- If done as a partnering business or organization, a Commerce Guild proprietary partnership application must be submitted. Must include NGO (non governmental organization) pricing not available to the general public.
- Lectures and workshops:
- Given virtually or in person
- Taught with no contact
- Have terminal learning objectives and enabling learning objectives listed on the one-page course description.
